Johanna Senyk, the designer behind Parisian label Wanda Nylon, is known for her playful, luxurious rainwear. Each collection revisits its classic codes while adopting a subversive and confident posture. The label stands out for its sharp cuts and expertise in comfortable technical materials and know-how techniques, combined with contemporary appeal.

As the former photo stylist for magazines such as Crash and The Face, Senyk later moved into the cinema and runways. Known for her styling for films and backstage coordinating and casting for the industry’s top runways, she launched Wanda Nylon in 2012.

This is Wanda Nylon’s first collection with Swarovski Collective.

An ode to powerful women, Wanda Nylon’s Autumn / Winter 2017 collection had fun with contrasting volumes on disco-chic pieces. Unexpected placement of Swarovski crystals spoke to the designer’s imaginative aesthetic with embellishment on zippers and sparkling chains woven into knits.

Featuring an array of gender-bending silhouettes, Wanda Nylon’s Spring/Summer 2017 collection embraced a glamorous subversion of the traditional with Swarovski crystal netting and crystallized bucket hats.
